This website

This site sets no cookies, has no analytics, no forms and no advertising. The font is stored on this site, so your browser does not contact Google or any other third party to load it.

My hosting provider, Hostinger, delivers the website. Like most web hosts, it may log technical data such as your IP address, the page you asked for and the time, to keep the site running and secure. I do not use this data to identify visitors.

If you email me

I use your email address and your message to reply to you. They are stored in my email account. I do not add you to a mailing list and I do not share your details, except with providers who run my email.

If you book a call

The booking button takes you to Cal.com, which is a separate service with its own privacy policy. When you book, Cal.com collects the details you enter, such as your name, email address and the answers to the booking questions. I receive those details so I can run the call. Please do not include sensitive information in the booking questions.

Links to other sites

This site links to LinkedIn, YouTube and X. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and what they collect is up to them.

Your rights

You can ask me to show you the data I hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how I use it, or move it elsewhere. You can also object to how I use it. Write to connect@shankyg.com and I will reply.

If you are unhappy with how I handle your data, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
